Walton on the Naze

Walton on the Naze (looking towards Little Oakley). This was the first time I'd visited Walton because it's a bit 'out on a limb' but I had a lovely day there - beautiful walks to be had, lovely beaches, British seaside town. I particularly liked the views across the naze and tried to capture something of it's magic in my painting here.  I made some plein air oil pastel sketches while I was there, took some photos and made this painting in my studio.
